My individual style is based on my theoretical Training an Integrative Approach. I like to work with clients Integratively as my belief is that people are all individuals and have different need..  I have studied different theorists and models from Psychodynamic, humanistic and Behavioural & cognitive approaches. My underpinning approach is Person Centred offering the core conditions of congruence, positive regard and empathy.
