About me
Welcome! Taking the step to start therapy is a significant and positive move towards change and I’m here to support you on that journey.
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, stress, relationship challenges or a general sense of being stuck. You might feel lost, unsure of how to move forward, or trapped by patterns that seem impossible to break. Therapy offers a safe and supportive space to explore your thoughts and emotions, understand what’s holding you back, and discover new ways to approach life’s challenges.
This is how I can help:
I am an accredited psychotherapist, trained as both a psychologist and a psychotherapist. My background allows me to integrate a range of evidence-based approaches, tailoring therapy to suit your unique needs.
I have experience in a variety of clinical settings, including child and adolescent mental health, forensic psychiatry, NHS community mental health, the charitable sector, high-intensity therapy services, Employee assistance programmes and private practice. These experiences have strengthened my ability to support clients from diverse backgrounds with a wide range of concerns. I provide a supportive therapeutic environment for individuals of all sexual orientations, ethnicities, nationalities, sizes, religions, and abilities.
My approach focuses on helping clients manage anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions while navigating family issues and strengthening connections. I work with clients to build self-esteem, increase psychological resilience, and develop a deeper sense of self-awareness. Understanding and changing unhelpful patterns and breaking free from destructive cycles are key aspects of therapy work.
I also support donors, parents of donor-conceived children, adult donor-conceived individuals, women struggling with infertility, those going through IVF, single parents, and people exploring their family-building options.
Together, we will explore the difficulties you face, recognise behaviours that may be holding you back, and work towards creating a more fulfilling and balanced life.
I am available most weekdays and committed to providing a reflective space where you can grow and move towards lasting change. To make therapy more accessible, I offer a sliding scale of fees based on individual circumstances.
Your health and wellbeing matter, and I look forward to the opportunity to work with you.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
