About me

Getting you back to good… At some point we all suffer from anxiety, relationship issues, depression, feelings of panic, low self esteem or other stresses that may inhibit our happiness. Therapy involves understanding the reason or reasons you may be unhappy or struggling with things. You deserve to live the life that you want to live and keep healthy relationships safe. To truly find your best self.

Vital Life Therapy is a counselling and psychotherapy practice in Denham,Buckinghamshire, on the edge of the Chilterns, 20 miles (40 km) from London, and near Chalfont St Giles, Seer Green, Jordans, Chalfont St Peter,Little Chalfont, Gerrards Cross, Denham, Fulmer, Amersham and High Wycombe.

I offer therapeutic services to those in need of emotional help and mental well-being by using integrative therapy. Being an integrative therapist means that I assess and treat every case differently by an integration of different therapeutic approaches to discover the most productive way to help my clients.

Unfortunately, I often meet people whose experience of counselling in the past has not been successful and they have not moved on sufficiently to live the life that they deserve. Often they continue to struggle with particular areas of their lives and coping with any sort of trauma can be for many simply overwhelming. So many people live in fear, negative emotions leave people suffering and unable to cope at great personal expense

However, the right therapy will 'always' help. With some hard work and input on both sides it is possible and highly probable that self-limiting beliefs that hold us back can be dissolved and in many cases permanently resolved.  It’s never too late to live happily after receiving Vital Life Therapy!

"Vital Life Therapy" is just that! It's about empowering you and helping you to live life fully and healthily.

What some clients say about Victoria :

Victoria has a remarkable insight into people which is comforting from the start. She makes you feel like she really wants to help and indeed she did!

Victoria's friendly attitude and ability to make me feel comfortable when talking about problems was most helpful. She has an energy about her which is catching. I found it personally very helpful in my recovery.

I would absolutely recommend this lovely lady to others, she has patiently enabled me to quickly and successfully overcome my fears and at 81 years young! I didn't think it possible.

Victoria is clearly a very experienced and knowledgeable therapist. She immediately made me feel comfortable and I always left the session feeling like I'd moved a bit further out of my confusion and distress.

Victoria is a brilliant counsellor, I felt safe, heard, respected and understood.  It was a fantastic experience having counselling with her and she really helped me explore what I wanted to look at in a kind gentle and friendly way yet interestingly with loads of good energy!

I have made so many positive changes and found resources I didn't know I had during my time in counselling. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a counsellor to work with, she is a star.

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
