Alma House Therapies was established in 2015 as a private counselling service, designed to offer a personalised, affordable and flexible counselling service, accessible to all.
The practice offers a friendly, home-based service in Earl Shilton, Leicestershire. However, I also offer home visits for both our counselling and complementary therapies services around Leicestershire. Feel free to drop me an email with any enquiries.
Services available include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Person-Centred Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Neurolinguistic Programming and Mindfulness. If you are unsure as to which is the right counselling service for you, you can book a free initial one-hour consultation where we can discuss which type is suitable for you, and also establish whether short or long term counselling is recommended.
I also now offer a complementary therapy service which includes reflexology, full body massage, head massage and facials. Other services include nutritional advice and life coaching.
My aim is to provide a holistic service which treats both your body and mind, which can enrich and enhance your overall happiness and well-being.
EAP work is also available.
