About me
Are you stuck in a confusing loop of anxiety, or have thoughts that you feel too embarrassed to share? Maybe you have to force yourself out of bed, only to have another day that’s miserable. You might feel you’ve reached a stagnant point in your life, or feel anxious and unfulfilled in your relationships. Many people reach out to me to start therapy facing these problems. My aim is that you leave therapy feeling at ease, in control, and happier.
I specialise in anxiety, perinatal mental health, OCD, and relationship issues. As a Clinical Psychologist, I am trained to a doctoral level to be proficient in many types of therapy. This means I can be flexible in my approach to make the therapy fit you, rather than make you fit the therapy.
I meet all my clients with compassion, empathy and understanding. My clinical practice is a safe space for people of all gender identities, sexual orientations, cultural backgrounds, religions and ethnicities.
A key part of choosing a therapist, is whether you feel like it’s the right fit. For that reason, I offer a free phone call for you to see how we might work together. Drop me an email to arrange a call, or view my website for more information
Training, qualifications & experience
I hold a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. This means I trained to a doctoral level to work with a wide range of mental health issues and complexity. It also means I have trained in a wide range of therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Analytical Therapy (CAT) and Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT), as well as family and couples work, so I can tailor therapy to your needs.

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
