The Lighthouse is a counselling service in Lightwater for adults and young people over the age of 16. We offer therapy on a sliding scale of income in order to make it affordable to all that require it.
We are there to assist you in making the best decisions for your life. At The Lighthouse we regard ourselves to be very privileged facilitators in working with you to achieve your goals.
If you are wondering if counselling might be for you we would welcome you to book an initial consultation. There will be no expectation from this for you to commit to counselling, but instead an opportunity to hear more about how we work. This will give you a good idea as to whether counselling at The Lighthouse is something you would like to pursue.

The fees are based on a sliding scale in order to make it as affordable as possible.
Fees are scaled according to personal gross annual income. Gross income includes any income before taxes are taken off, and are scaled as follows:
Income up to £18,000: £20 per session
Income from £18,000 - £25,000: £25 per session
Income from £25,000 - £35,000: £35 per session
Income from £35,000 - £45,000: £45 per session
Income over £45,000: £50 per session
If you have no personal income fees can be based on household income.
Within this scaling system there is some flexibility owing to exceptional circumstances.
