I am a qualified Person-Centred and Solution Based Focused Counsellor, working with a wider range of emotional issues including anxiety, depression, addictions, bereavement and relational difficulties.
I have a passion for helping people, and strongly believe people can be empowered to find their own answers in a supportive, confident and non-judgemental space.
I offer face to face or telephone short and medium term counselling sessions, according to the individuals wishes and needs. Sessions are usually 50 minutes and are at your own pace for you to use however you want.
I offer a free initial 15 minute consultation, giving you an opportunity to see if the support I offer is right for you. Please call me on 07738 415022 or send an email.

After completing counselling placements with clients with addictions, I have vast experience in that field.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
