About me

I am an integrated therapist, with training in Person Centred Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I also have training in Bereavement Therapy, Pet Therapy (including pet bereavement therapy), Play Therapy, Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM), and trauma counselling.

I challenge my clients and help them find answers, I believe that all clients have the answers and the skills, but sometimes need support in finding that.

I adapt my work to meet my clients' needs. No two people require the same therapy; so I will work with you to choose the best approach for you, using techniques which encourage growth, self-understanding, and change.
