Victoria Fawdry Dip.Couns.
Life can be difficult at times and present a number of issues for us which can feel overwhelming or hard to manage.
I am an experienced counsellor working with adults and young people with a wide range of emotional problems and relationship issues.
I offer a supportive and respectful therapeutic relationship, as I believe this is important in achieving a positive outcome. My core therapeutic approach is Person-Centered, however, I draw on a number of theoretical models including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), to best suit the needs of each individual. Counselling sessions can be short term, or on a longer term basis.
My counselling practice is in a small private clinic located in the Amersham area, whereby I offer daytime and evening appointments. Please contact me in confidence by telephone or email.
I am a member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and work with respect to the ethical framework in good practice for counsellors/psychotherapists.
