Vicky Cooper BSc (Hons) MBACP
Whether you are experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, low self-esteem, stress, anger, or if you just feel you need to talk, getting in touch with a counsellor can be the first step.
Counselling for me is about forming a trusting therapeutic relationship, to help and support people in removing obstacles in and around their lives.
I am an experienced therapist, offering a confidential space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings and find the best way to move forward.
I offer a safe, supportive and non-judgemental atmosphere, putting each individual's needs at the heart of our work together, whilst maintaining the ethical framework for good practice (in accordance with BACP).
I offer an integrative approach, which means I combine different approaches, to tailor my counselling style to individual personal needs.
I will work flexibly with an emphasis on creating a warm, secure setting, in which I hope you will feel accepted and understood allowing you to talk, without fear, about anything that concerns you.
All my work is supported by supervision.
