Hi and thank you for looking at my page.
I understand how difficult it is to choose the right therapist for you and to make the first step.
I work from a place of compassion, sensitivity and non-judgement.
All of us at one time or another need to make sense of something that we are experiencing or have experienced in life.
It takes courage and honesty to ask for help with that.
I am qualified and registered and offer a safe space to work with you and the things that are troubling you. I first started training as a counsellor in 1999 and as a psychotherapist in 2009.
I specialise in anxiety and addiction and work a lot with clients that are going through an “existential crisis”, “identity crisis” or “spiritual crisis” and with clients who have a plethora of issues or things weighing on their minds to discuss.
The main addictions that I work with are alcohol and drug addictions. I work with all other addictions as well.
Clients have reported to me that they felt “in a solid pair of hands” and for me the clients feeling of safety is something I place highly.
I wish you well on your journey whichever route and whomever you choose to work with.
