About me

‘‘Like a boundless sea, we have the capacity to embrace the waves of life as they move through us. Even when the sea is stirred up by the winds of self-doubt, we can find our way home’’- Tara Brach

The purpose of my service is to enhance the quality of life of my clients.

I am a person centred counsellor based in Wolverhampton. My work experience involves working with a vast array of mild, moderate and severe clinical presentations; from stress, anxiety, depression through to attachment difficulties, domestic abuse, substance abuse, trauma, self harm, personality disorders, bereavement, relationship, abuse, past experiences that impact future and life.

I worked as a voluntary counsellor at Aspiring Futures in Wolverhampton. I have successfully established therapeutic alliance with culturally diverse clients with distinct needs and abilities, many of these individuals have been referred by Healthy Minds, Well-being centres and Haven Wolverhampton, through their Social Workers, GPs and self–referrals.
