Experience, approaches and services
I have been actively involved in the psychology field for the past 12 years. I have worked in different settings (schools, non-profit organisation, private practice, NHS etc…) and I got the opportunity to expand my professional experience as I deal on a daily basis with a wide variety of cases from all ages and different cultural backgrounds (children, adolescents and adults…). Presently, alongside my work in private practice, I hold the position as Supervisor and Training Manager in a private centre specialised in Eating Disorders.
I believe that every person is unique, therefore would have unique therapeutic needs. My training in both Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy has allowed me to use a multi-dimensional approach in my practice, I draw from CBT, psychoanalysis, psychodynamic and psycho-organic analysis approaches. Therefore, my intervention would be specifically tailored to your difficulty and need. My goal is to offer you a safe and non-judgemental place where you can explore your desires, express yourself freely, and make the changes you aim for, to overcome your struggles.
I can offer therapy services in 3 different languages, French, Arabic and English and I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist also registered with the British Psychological Society. I am recognised by BUPA, AXA-PPP, Aviva and Vitality insurances.
Training, qualifications & experience
I initially qualified as a Clinical Psychologist and then trained as a Psychotherapist through an extensive 4 year training program in Psycho-Organic Analysis. Currently, I am finishing my PhD specialising in the psycho-social impact of infertility issues on mental health and couple’s therapy related to infertility.

It can be overwhelming to decide which therapist to choose, what approach fits you best and how to get started. Seeing multiple therapists is not always financially feasible. This is why I offer an initial free 10 min phone call followed by a 30 minute face to face free consultation session. To arrange that session all you need to do is:
1- Email me on firstname.lastname@example.org
and let me know what times you are available to speak on the phone.
Or call me directly. If I am unable to respond leave your name, contact details and the times you are available to speak.
2- Speak with me on the phone for 10 min so I can get a sense of what you wish to work on and see if that falls in my area of expertise. At the end of that call, if you are happy to meet, then we will arrange the date for the free session.
3- Attend the first free consultation session which will give you the opportunity to meet me in person and see if I am the right therapist for you.
