About me
As an accredited Integrative and Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches and tailor sessions to meet your unique needs and goals. I work from a variety of modalities, including humanistic and person-centred, gestalt, psycho-dynamic and evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioural therapy, compassion-focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
I offer Mindfulness-Based approaches, and the option of working creatively, if this feels like a helpful approach for you.
I specialise in working with depression, anxiety disorders, and trauma/PTSD. I offer culturally adapted therapy and support for Third Culture Kids (TCK).
We would work together at your own pace to help make sense of what you’re going through and find practical ways to manage emotional distress. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change and personal growth, and I use evidence-based approaches to support your well-being.
My aim is to provide a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel safe to explore any difficulties you're facing. Whatever brings you to therapy, you will be met with warmth, acceptance, and understanding.
Training, qualifications & experience
With 13 years of experience in the mental health field, including 9 years as a Psychotherapist working in the NHS, non-governmental organisations, and education sectors, I have developed the expertise to support individuals through various challenges in their lives.
Therapy can be short-term or open-ended, depending on your needs. We begin with an initial appointment (assessment), which serves as an opportunity for us to meet, discuss your current difficulties, and think about how we can work together.
Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The BABCP is the lead organisation for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in the UK. Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the practice, theory or development of CBT. BABCP also provides accreditation for CBT therapists. BABCP accredited members adhere to the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and are willing to be scrutinised in this adherence as required.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
