At Unisus Wellbeing, we offer a warm and welcoming counselling service designed to help you work through life’s challenges — at a price that makes it accessible.

We specialise in low-cost therapy for adults who need support but may not be able to afford private fees. Our team includes counsellors on placement, supported by an experienced senior therapist, offering safe and confidential counselling at just £25 per session.

Bethany & Janice – Student Counsellors
Both Bethany and Janice are trainee counsellors working toward professional qualification. They are passionate about helping clients find clarity, calm, and self-understanding. Their work is closely supervised by our senior counsellor, ensuring high standards of ethical and supportive care.

Kelly – Senior Counsellor (Qualified since 2011)
Kelly has over a decade of counselling experience and oversees the Unisus Wellbeing service. She also offers individual sessions for those looking for a more experienced practitioner.

Your initial consultation is free of charge. In this consultation we will explore your requirements and needs, the practicalities of when you are available and think about which of our counsellors is the right fit for you. If at any point you feel that the counsellor who you are working with is not quite right for whatever reason, we have other options which might work best for you. Once you build up a relationship of trust, your healing journey can begin.
