We are a professional therapeutic counselling service, committed to improving the emotional wellbeing and mental health of children, young people and adults. All of our work is private & confidential and carried out in a safe and warm environment in rooms within the Essex and Kent area.
Our prime location is at The Butterfly Rooms, which is situated in the grounds of The Orsett Hall Hotel and Spa, set within twelve acres of beautiful landscaped gardens in the Essex countryside. This tranquil and relaxing setting is the perfect space for a therapeutic and holistic experience. We also facilitate sessions within other locations within Essex, Kent and London.
Our specialised and unique Emotional Wellbeing Service offers a confidential school based counselling service to both primary and secondary schools, working on a 1-1 basis with individual students. Furthermore we work closely with child protection officers, CAMHS, EWMHS and social services. Our service covers schools within Essex, Greater London and the Home Counties.

Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
