Further information

If you are experiencing feelings of overwhelm, isolation, and panic, I offer a calm and welcoming space to explore what is difficult for you. Connecting on a human level can open a space to develop compassion and hope. Together we can explore your goals, my approach will depend on your needs. We can work with traditional talking therapy, and I am also trained to use the arts.

I believe creativity is innate to everyone and can be used to express difficult experiences of the present and past. Talking therapy combined with Art therapy can help you connect to your grief, anxiety and patterns of behaviour. Together we can work to get in touch with parts of yourself that may be hard to reach. I work with a trauma-informed lens and the nervous system which means we look at how the body is feeling or reacting during the session to begin to understand how to regulate and ground ourselves.

I use my experience of having a mixed ethnic, working class background to enhance my understanding of the complexities of identity and culture as well as to aim to make therapy as accessible as possible. Get in contact for more information about sliding scale costs. You will be met with warmth and compassion to work through what is troubling you.

I have worked with St Joseph's Hospice with the bereavement service in East London. I have worked in East London Hospital within an inpatient and outpatient service providing support for complex needs. I currently work at the Tavistock and Portman with the adult complex trauma team.

I have a specialised and welcoming studio space in Hackney Wick, East London, where I run my private practice. I have available slots on Tuesdays and some evening slots.

I offer a first-session free, it is important that we both feel we can work together and I can provide the right treatment for you.
