A Warm Welcome.
Are You struggling with depression, anxiety, isolation, loneliness, work related stress, addiction, self-image? Do You want to talk to a professional Counsellor who is down to earth and of a non-judgmental manner. If so call me for a chat on 07915847266 or email me
During some years volunteering with the Samaritans I took the opportunity as a mature student to train to become a Counsellor. I have experience of the challenges that face each and every one of us and I am here now to help You through Yours!
If You decide that I am the right Counsellor for You. We will arrange our first session together. In this session I will ask You some questions to help me understand Your surface issue e.g. Why You sought Counselling?
My training is broad based where I draw upon different therapeutic models. Each individual is unique and the work will be tailored to Your needs. The main focus of our work together will be exploring Your challenges and difficulties and help You gain insight and understanding into the mind You inhabit.
Counselling should feel supportive but also challenging at times. To get the best out of counselling, approaching sessions with openness and honesty will lead to a more rewarding experience.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

Accredited Register Scheme
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
