I am a qualified therapist and counsellor working in Tunbridge Wells and London.
I practice long term and short term therapy, both individually and in groups.
In addition to my 4 year Postgraduate Diploma in TA (Transactional Analysis) Practice, I have trained in and incorporated CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy).
I am a Registered Member of BACP, UKATA and EATA, and follow their ethical codes and practices. This includes having regular supervision with other experienced professional psychotherapists and engaging in regular training and other professional development activities.
Alongside my private practice in London and Kent, I work at a BACP Accredited Community Counselling Service in Bromley, London.
I have been the Behavioural Therapist and Support Mentor at the Brit School for Performing Arts & Technology in London, as well as counselling students at Performers, a College for the Performing Arts.
I specialise in providing therapy for performers in sport and the performing arts.
