About me

Available on Skype/video calls for new clients concerned with current travel restrictions.

I am an experienced BABCP accredited psychotherapist who has worked both in the NHS and private sector. I am accredited in both CBT and ACT therapy and I am able to draw upon a broad range of therapies and tailor these to suit each individual client. I am also an Business Psychologist who works with a variety of private firms/professionals and particularly enjoys Performance Coaching and helping professionals reach their potential.

I strongly believe that everyone has the potential to influence their life and that sharing a clients experiences from their own perspective reveals insight into the difficulties holding individuals back from living to their full potential.

I am an extremely compassionate and personable therapist who takes a real interest in clients lives. I believe I am positive, energising and motivated in helping clients bring about change and bringing out the best in people.

Tracy has over 10 years experience and is well versed in working with adults, adolescents and couples. She has a strong NHS background working as both a therapist, manager and supervisor for large scale psychological services.
