About me

I am highly qualified Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist / Trainer and a qualified Business Psychologist. I have a wide range of experience working with Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Burnout and Relational Problems / Difficulties. I am really passionate about working with these difficulties and driven to help clients achieve their goals. My approach is a very proactive and collaborative one and I am extremely empathetic and compassionate with all my clients, working really hard to put myself in their shoes and see life through their lens. I have a non-judgmental approach and believe that these ingredients really help foster change in all my clients. People often come to me when previous therapies have been ineffective. The reason is that I really work hard with clients to help them gain different perspectives and take steps to make meaningful change, that is aligned with the client's values and purpose.

Areas of Interest:

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) - is focused on looking to increase a persons Psychological Flexibility. Focused on exploring unhelpful thinking / beliefs and avoidance patterns of their real life experiences.

Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) - I am very passionate about helping people improve Low Self-esteem, Low Self-Worth and Impostor Syndrome. This approach looks to build the ability to self-sooth and helps people re-frame that inner self-critic.

I have a great deal of experience and expertise working with Work-Related Stress, Burnout, Anxiety and Low Mood / Depression. As well as experience working with Relational Difficulties in personal or professional relationships.
