About me

If you're feeling sad, anxious, lost or stuck, I am here to help and support you.
I specialise in working with anxiety, depression, bullying and issues from childhood and past relationships.

I know it’s hard to seek help when you feel anxious, depressed and overwhelmed.  Maybe your feelings are so tangled up that you don’t know where to start, or maybe you’ve just had enough of feeling so unhappy. What you want is to feel calmer, happier and more in control of your life.

My approach is kind and compassionate, and I provide time and space for you to make sense of how you feel.  I use a blend of person-centred counselling, intuitive coaching and EFT (emotional freedom technique) which can be completely tailored to you.  We will get curious about your life so that you can learn to understand yourself on a deeper level.

* Please don't hesitate to contact me for a free 30 min telephone consultation.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
