About me

Hi There,

Thanks for popping by, is it curiosity that brings you here or have you a dilemma you would like to share or explore.

A bit about me, I'm Tracy, my private counselling practice is situated in Belton near Great Yarmouth. I feel I offer my clients - space, time to reflect, to truly be who you are.

Although friends and family often want to help, sometimes it can be helpful to have someone independent to talk to, someone who won't tell you what to do and allowing sensitive or painful issues to be explored.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE BEST COUNSELLOR FOR YOU.

THE SECRET:– "It is the relationship between you and your Counsellor, that can make counselling so effective & helpful!"  -

.. it is important to choose the one, whom you get along with, qualifications and training are important too....  but those count very little when you just don’t get on well with each other.

It is not my role to give advice, or offer solutions but to enable you to explore you and your experiences and to understand your needs and wants, I will encourage you to challenge your beliefs you have about yourself.

1-1 Therapy if you wish to explore further, is for whatever reason you wish to use it for, Therapy, Support, Off-loading a certain dilemma,

OR

if you want "to dip your toe in the Therapy stream"...

It is for you to use the time and space to offer you that care - have you have forgotten about you, or is life like that rollercoaster and sometimes you want to get off.

Change - happens everyday some are frightened of change - WHY?  If external influences such as interference, from Friends/Family, Peer pressure, criticism, negativity - affect how you feel about you, why are you allowing that to happen.

Individual Sessions

A quiet reflective space to be you, without judgement, to explore you and what you want to share.

Couples/Relationship sessions

Whether you are a couple - whatever gender - or friends/family - Have you an issue you want to explore  - you may be struggling with an dilemma, or you're a Couple wanting to understand each other, and knowing there is positive changes you would like to make.

PLEASE DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR YOUR PARTNER/FRIEND/FAMILY MEMBER  - IF THEY DON'T WANT IT.

YOU BOTH HAVE TO WANT TO ATTEND THE APPOINTMENT -

NO CONSENT  - NO APPOINTMENT.

PARENTS/GUARDIANS - if your son/daughter/teen is having difficulties - please talk to them - they may be going through there own turmoil - if they wish to seek outside help  (although it is there choice you cannot force them) discuss their options and if they feel they would benefit from a few sessions for support/counselling/ to off-load - please do get in touch.
