Tracy Carter MBACP - Integrative/Brief Therapist
Although friends and family often want to help, sometimes it can be helpful to have someone independent to talk to, someone who won't tell you what to do and allowing sensitive or painful issues to be explored.
Therapy is about YOU and how you became who you are now, because of life and it is about finding what you can do to adapt/change.
Is change scary for you?... Are you scared to leave your comfort zone that you've known for so long...
PLEASE NOTE - No one can be forced to attend by a partner/relative/friend - your choice your life.
A quiet reflective space to be you, without judgement, to explore you and what you want to share.
It is all about your Relationship and how you both as individuals interact with each other and what positive changes you would like to make.
What happens next?
I offer a 10 minute telephone assessment. We will discuss what your needs are with regards to sessions, and if you feel they can work for you, we'll go from there.
If I am unable to take your call/email please leave your name, tel no and a brief message, I will get back to you as soon as I can.
How long does each appointment last?
Appointments - 60 minutes
How many appointments will I need?
You may only want a few sessions to discuss what you need to share, which gives you the chance to 'dip a foot in the water', and sometimes it may be all you need to work through a particular problem.
Sessions are weekly OR fortnightly.
