Tracey Horton BA(Hons) BACP
I am an experienced professional counsellor working in my own private practise in Woodbridge, Suffolk.
I offer one-to-one Counselling, short or long term.
I have a wide experience of working with issues such as depression, anxiety, panic disorder, low self esteem, bereavement, domestic violence, childhood sexual abuse, relationship issues.
Why seek counselling?
The decision to seek counselling especially if it’s your first experience can be a scary one, you may not know what to expect or what will happen. You are not alone in these feelings and it is perfectly normal to feel anxious and unsure.
It’s not always easy to talk about our fears and concerns and we don’t always want to talk to friends or family as we feel we may be bothering them. Sometimes we just want to talk without the fear of being judged or criticised.
Counselling gives you the opportunity and space to explore whatever is going on in your life whether this concerns the past, present or future.
I offer my clients a safe, calm, supportive place in which to do this and as an Integrative counsellor I work using a number of approaches so together we can find a way that suits you.
Sessions are completely confidential and as a member of BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy) I am bound by their code of ethics and always respect my clients' privacy & dignity.
Counselling can be an empowering and life changing experience, if you have come this far then you have already taken the first big step towards making the changes you seek to improve your quality of life.
