Hello, my name is Tracey. I am an NCS accredited psychotherapist who works in a Person-Centred way. As well as face to face, I also work online and over the telephone. I am also happy to visit you at home if you are within the Bristol area. I am also a qualified Hypnotherapist

My aim is not to fix you because the best person to do that is you. As well as listen to you in a non-judgmental way, I will also hear you and walk with you as you travel that difficult path to reach your goals. The environment I offer is safe and secure and your needs will be at the core of every session. I am qualified in a number of areas so please get in touch if you feel I can help.

I have a certain amount of lower cost spaces for students/low income adults and charge £35:00 per hour. These are limited spaces so please get in touch and I will let you know if I have any availability.

As well as online, face to face and phone, I am also happy to visit you at home if you are within the Bristol area.
Once that first contact has been made, I will send you a referral form and contract. Our first session will be just a chat about what brought you to counselling, going through the contract, and giving you the opportunity to ask any questions. I will do my absolute best to put you at ease as I know how daunting counselling can be. Then it's over to you.
