About me
Hello, My name is Tracey and I am a qualified counsellor and an accredited member of the National Counselling Psychotherapeutic Society. I use an integrative approach to counselling with models of therapy tailored to your individual need these can include Person Centred, Psychodynamic, Gestalt, CBT, Inner Child and more. I have experience supporting adults with a wide range of presenting issues including anxiety, relationship breakdowns (individual), bullying, issues in the workplace, childhood trauma, low mood and depression.
I offer a safe, comfortable environment and a confidential, supportive and friendly space. Counselling can help alleviate the feelings of despair, confusion, apathy, and fear with tools to help reduce anxiety and give you back a sense of control and improved quality of life.
As the expert in your own experiences, we can explore and uncover the obstacles and patterns that are no longer working for you and support you to find new ways to move towards a happier, healthier, and more fulfilled future.
As a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor I am ready to listen to you when you feel the time is right to start your counselling journey. Making the decision to seek counselling is the first step and often the most challenging.
You can contact me by email, text or mobile, and I am ready to support you.
