Further information

Our first session:

If you are new to counselling or are unsure of how to approach therapy, please don't worry. Our first session is designed to ease you into the world of change. We will begin by outlining how we will work together and how our initial framework will keep us on track and headed in a positive direction. When you feel ready I will invite you to share what is on your mind and as we continue through our session the objective will become to understand you, what is important, what you want and discover how to ask for it. Most importantly this will all happen in a confidential, safe and nonjudgmental space where you can be your authentic self.
