Tina Wright - Person Centred Counsellor, Registered MBACP, Dip Cons
Let me introduce myself. My name is Tina, I provide a calm and emotionally safe environment in which you will be able to say out loud the things that have been weighing heavy on your mind. A space that is yours where you have control of the session and the route in which your journey takes us. We will be together as you discover who you truly are and how life experiences have affected you. A place where you will leave feeling much lighter than when you entered.
You have taken the first steps on your journey of self-discovery and awareness by making the decision to seek a counsellor. A decision that is difficult to make, so feel proud of yourself.
The most important thing in counselling is our relationship. Developing trust and confidentiality is key to creating a relationship which is empathic, non-judgemental and understanding. I provide a space in which you can be you, a space where you are not alone.
Together we will walk towards your brighter future.

If I am not able to answer your call it will be because I am in session. Please leave a message or send a text and I will call you back.
If you have any questions please do feel free to contact me.
I have 15 years experience of working with children and young people and 3 years working with adults. I also have an up to date DBS.
My specialism is working with children and young people. Life can be confusing for young people, stories in the media, family worries, school and friendship issues can manifest overwhelming emotions that are hard to understand. In my experience, talking about these feelings helps them feel better, re focus on their education and future opportunities. Re build relationships with family and friends and become more confident and less anxious.
