Tina Wetherall-Pegley National Counselling Society
If you come to me for counselling I will put your needs first. I will not judge you I will work with you with the aim of resolving the issue which made you seek out a counsellor.
My name is Tina and I offer a professional, competitively priced and compassion independent counselling service.
People come to counselling for a variety of different reasons, it may be you are facing a life-changing event, experiencing shock or grief, feeling depressed, anxious or isolated without really understanding why. Alternatively, you may be feeling your life has no direction leading you to feel confused or trapped. These are many different reasons you may be seeking counselling in order to address issues which are keeping you stuck.
Following an initial assessment, I will work with you to set goals you would like to meet in counselling.
I have been working with people in distress since 1987. I have significant experience of dealing within the areas of domestic abuse, sexual abuse, bullying at work and issues encountered by members of the LGBTQ community.
I specialise in:
Working with people who are Depressed or Anxious.
I have vast amounts of experience of supporting victims of domestic abuse, both male and female. I am a trainer in issues of domestic abuse and Coercive Control, an under recognised yet highly traumatic version of domestic abuse.
I have a vast amount of experience with people who are experiencing issues related to work for example being bullied, over worked or feeling they have no confidence in the workplace. I believe and have experienced how counselling can help people understand these conflicts, achieve a greater balance or reach career decisions. I truly believe in employee wellbeing processes as being a key success factor in employee engagement and productivity.
I offer telephone and on line-services mean distance is no barrier to accessing our counselling.
My National Counselling Society accreditation number is NCS17-05640
