About me

I am a Person-Centred Counsellor based in Northwich, Cheshire.

I offer short and long term counselling sessions to individuals by appointment only. Appointments may be weekly, fortnightly or less frequent depending on your needs.

The first appointment lasts one hour to allow us to discuss our expectations and requirements for counselling and also to answer any questions you may have. Subsequent appointments last 50 minutes.

Counselling will give you the space to explore whatever may be troubling you and as I work in a Person Centred way the content of each session is left to you-the client. I offer a confidential and professional service and follow the guidelines set by the BACP for ethical practice.

Appointments are available daytime, evening or Saturday morning.
