Grief although normal can manifest itself in a huge range of unexpected ways, sorrow, guilt, anger, numbness, hopelessness, loneliness and despair.
Talking about the loss of a loved one allows people to adjust to their new life both good and bad. Bereavement Counselling aims to help clients find a place for their loss so they can carry on with life and eventually find acceptance.
I am able to support you to talk through the problems you are facing and help you identify thoughts and emotions you may have been blocking. You may be worried, depressed, confused or want to make changes to your life, together we can explore your problems in order to gain a greater understanding of them and yourself. You can then look at what you want to change and what you need to do to make it happened.
