and I use a number of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural

I have many years of experience working within the mental health and therapy field
and have specialised in the practice of CBT since 2010 when I completed my post

Since setting up my private practice in 2014, I have successfully treated many people with a range of difficulties including Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Social Anxiety, Health Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Panic, Agoraphobia, Low Self-esteem, Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD).
If you feel you may be experiencing any of these difficulties, please feel free to get in
touch. I am happy to discuss your difficulties in a warm, friendly and professionally
