STARTING THERAPY

If you are unsure what is happening to you, therapy can help you work this out. Many people struggling with emotions feel too overwhelmed to be completely clear about what is going on for them.  It's Tim's job to help you understand what is happening to you.  The most important thing at the start of therapy is that you are ready to face your difficulties and begin to make changes in your life.
