About me
If therapy hasn’t worked and you’re still struggling with OCD, ADHD, or an eating disorder, the missing piece might be unresolved trauma stored in your body. Trauma isn’t just psychological—it gets locked into your nervous system, showing up as chronic stress, anxiety, impulsivity, or feeling constantly on edge. I am an Integrative Somatic Psychotherapist (MBACP) using a body-based approach, including breathwork, movement, and nervous system regulation, to help you release what talking alone couldn’t. By working with the body, we can break free from stuck patterns and create real, lasting change.
Your body is sending you a message, and it deserves to be heard. Using a holistic approach utilising somatic therapy such as transformational breathwork and emotional awareness and release techniques, bring awareness to your patterns that have been in your blind spot keeping you stuck in your fight-or-flight nervous system.
Whether you’re navigating the complexities of trauma, managing the challenges of ADHD, or seeking freedom from the grip of anxiety and OCD, RESET offers a compassionate, tailored method to support your healing.
My role is to create a safe, understanding space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered. With my guidance, we’ll uncover the roots of your struggles, heal past wounds, and build the tools you need to move forward with clarity and confidence. Let’s take this step together—you’re not alone.
I use RESET Therapy to guide you through this journey. RESET stands for reprocessing emotions and thoughts through somatic and environmental therapy. Whilst drawing on evidence-based psychological therapies (CBT, DBT, EMDR, Psychodynamic, Person-Centered, etc.), we go deeper into your experiences to understand and process what is at the root of your internal conflict.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
