We all have experiences in life which can be challenging. Whether a work stress, a bereavement or a knock in self-esteem, there are any number of reasons why someone may want to seek counselling.
I am a qualified Person-Centered counsellor, working from a great community hub just outside Chester and I provide face-to-face counselling in a discreet and easily accessible location.
I strive to provide a safe, non-judgemental, warm, accepting and friendly atmosphere where you have the time, space and freedom to explore any number of issues you want to seek counselling for. I am passionate about mental health and know it can help people unravel what's going on for them whilst they're going through a difficult time and I fully believe counselling is one of the best ways in which people can understand themselves and the world around them better.
Nobody's experiences in life are the same as anyone else's so I greet you and work with and for you as an individual, and by using our initial session, I can get to know you and your needs so you get the most value from seeing me.
My sessions are one to one and can be done on a short or long term basis, that is entirely up to you. If you'd like more information, or if you'd like to book an appointment, then please do get in touch.
My current working hours are Thursdays and Fridays 10.00am until 4.00pm (with last sessions at 3.00pm).
PLEASE NOTE - when making an enquiry, please do keep sensitive information to a minimum as I feel it is better to discuss details when we speak properly.
Thank you for taking the time to visit my page.
