Tiffany Elliott - Thistle Counselling
I am a qualified Person-Centred counsellor, working in private practice just outside Chester. When you see me, you will have a safe, warm, friendly, non-judgemental and supportive atmosphere to you have the time, space and freedom to explore your experiences and feelings.
There are any number of reasons why you might want to seek counselling - if you've experienced a bereavement, if you're suffering from anxiety or depression, whether your self-esteem or self-confidence is low or if you're experiencing a difficulty in a work or personal relationship. Whatever the purpose for you seeking out counselling, I put you at the heart of any session and provide counselling which is individual to your needs and goals.
I am passionate about mental health and know it can help people unravel what's going on for them whilst they're going through a difficult time and I fully believe counselling is one of the best ways in which people can understand themselves and the world around them better.
Nobody's experiences in life are the same as anyone else's so I greet you and work with and for you as an individual, and by using our initial session, I can get to know you and your needs so you get the most value from seeing me.
My sessions are one to one and can be done on a short or long term basis, that is entirely up to you. If you'd like more information, or if you'd like to book an appointment, then please do get in touch.
My current working hours are Thursdays and Fridays 9.00am - 6.00pm. Evening appointments are available upon request.
Thank you for taking the time to visit my page.
