About me

Hi, I'm Thomas, I have been working as a counsellor and psychotherapist since 2009.

Are you struggling right now and in need of support?

Perhaps you are caught in a pattern of unhelpful behaviour, feel lost and confused or are looking to make a changes in your life but are unsure of what steps to take. If this is the case I can help.

I understand what it is like to feel overwhelmed and frustrated by life’s challenges. Sometimes we all need a private space where we can  explore what is causing us difficulty, gain insight into our behaviour and get the support we need to create positive change.

If you are struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, addiction, work stress, the effects of trauma or a lack of meaning and purpose in your life, I can help.

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
