About me

Are you are going through a difficult time in your life, feeling overwhelmed but pretending to be fine?

Do you have a difficult decision to make and you don’t know what to do?

Perhaps you are you struggling to see a hopeful future?

I am here to offer you emotional support and help you find a way through. I offer a relaxed place where you are able to be honest about your thoughts and feelings. Together we can explore what is on your mind and how you are feeling, without any judgement.

I am experienced in working with people experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues and loss and bereavement.

Additionally, I am experienced in infertility counselling and I am a member of the British Infertility Counselling Association (BICA). I am very aware of the emotional, physical, relationship and financial difficulties that are often felt when experiencing infertility and I can support you on your fertility journey.

It may feel difficult finding the right counsellor and I would like to make that a little easier for you by offering a free introductory phone call. We can discuss what brings you to counselling, what you hope to get from our sessions and how we will work together.

I offer reduced rates to counselling students - please contact me for further information.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
