The Walled Garden Counselling Practice
Here at The Walled Garden Practice we offer non-judgemental counselling and psychotherapy irrespective of your gender, race, religion, or sexual orientation, in a safe, private and confidential setting in Reigate, Surrey.
We work with individuals from the age of 14 years upwards, and we offer flexible appointments to suit everyone, including some low cost sessions, during the day and evening.
We have worked with people who have struggled with feelings of anxiety, overwhelming unhappiness and stress and other painful internal conflicts, including addictive behaviour, anger issues, PTSD and unresolved childhood traumas, and we believe that in order to really explore what is happening in a person's life we need to offer a place of trust and stability.
A qualified counsellor or psychotherapist can help you to make healthy, informed choices about your future, encourage you to see things from a new perspective and free you from past regrets so that you can live a more fulfilled life.

Training, qualifications & experience
Christina Usher - Counsellor:
Dip, MBACP, BA (Hons)
Having worked in the health service for many years, and as a Samaritan before I became a counsellor, I feel I’m able to offer my experience, impartiality and understanding to those looking for support and empathy when life becomes too difficult.
We all need somebody to talk to, and sometimes that somebody can’t be a family member or a friend.
Alongside my private practice, I work as a counsellor for a counselling charity.
Diploma in Humanistic Counselling
Level 4 Psychodynamic Counselling
Registered General Nursing
Royal Sick Children Nursing
BA (Hons) English
Andrew Darnley - Psychotherapist:
I have wide experience in the NHS and privately, working with people with a broad set of issues. I also work as a supervisor and therapist to other counsellors and therapists, as well as trainees from Surrey University, Roehampton University, Guildhall School of Music and Drama, Goldsmiths College, and NESCOT.
For many years previous to working as a therapist I have worked as an anaesthetic assistant which has given me invaluable experience caring for people in traumatic situations.
