About us
An established counselling programme built on years of experience within the fields of mental health and emotional wellbeing. Based within the Teamwork Trust charity at Kettering, Corby and Wellingborough in Northamptonshire. We have a number of counsellors experienced in a wide range of issues including anxiety and depression, loss and bereavement, trauma and abuse, relationships, mental health issues, work based issues and confidence building and self esteem. We also do couples counselling and have a counsellor who is qualified in Christian counselling.

We are fully GDPR compliant.
Training, qualifications & experience
All our counsellors are trained to Diploma Level 4 or above. One of our counsellors also has a Diploma in Christian counselling and is accredited with the Association of Christian Counsellors. Between us we have many years experience in mental health.

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

Association for Christian Counsellors
The Association of Christian Counsellors is a professional body representing and setting standards for Christian counselling and care in the UK. The organisation is made up of various different membership categories, including Counsellor and Accredited, and requires all members working as counsellors to undertake Continuous Professional Development on a regular basis.

Suggested donations as follows:
£5 per session if unwaged.
£10 per session if employed
£20 per session for couples counselling
Availability
Currently offering online counselling only. Monday to Friday 9am to 4 pm Tuesday evenings 6pm and 7pm.
Further information
We also run a range of therapeutic groups from time to time such as well being, mindfulness, art therapy and peer support.
