About us
Sian works with chronic health conditions, mood disorders and impact of physical health on mental health. Examples include cancer, stroke rehabilitation, weight management, chronic pain, coping with disability or diagnosis, health anxiety, loss and traumatic injury.
Jillian works with performance development and progression in sport, as well as, performance difficulties or challenges, Examples including working with athletes, clubs and coaches on mistake management, transitions, confidence, resilience, over/critical thinking, emotional control and injury.
Sian works one-to-one online via telephone and video call. She uses PCT, CBT, ACT, CFT and mindfulness approaches to therapy. Jillian works in one-to-one settings, group settings, in person or online. She uses PCT, CBT, ACT and mindfulness approaches to therapy.
Training, qualifications & experience
Sian is a HCPC chartered Health Psychologist. She has a doctorate psychology (DPsych) in Health Psychology. Sian also has a Msc in Health Psychology. She has worked in NHS, private practice, insurance/expert witness and voluntary sectors. She travelled across the globe offering her expertise and worked extensively in oncology, chronic pain and weight management.
Jillian is a HCPC chartered Sport Psychologist. She has a doctorate psychology (DPsych) in Sport and Exercise Psychology. Jillian has worked with football clubs from the English premier league, Scottish premier league, the FA and with national/international level athletes. She works with a wide range of athletes and sport, including footballers, martial artists, pool, golf and dancers.
