About us

Who We Are?

“We understand that just as life is complex, there isn’t one answer, or one solution to any problem...So our practice deliberately offers something for everyone.”

The Centre of You is an independent counselling, psychotherapy and wellbeing practice based on the lower ground floor of the Parkshot Medical Practice situated in central Richmond. Using our expertise and passion to help individuals, couples and families live a more fulfilling life. We match the brightest minds and hearts to the toughest of issues, both mental and physical, offering lasting and positive solutions for health, self-awareness and change. We are a growing team of 9 accredited psychotherapists, counsellors and supervisors. We also offer some additional wellbeing services such as coaching and mediation. We have all worked independently for several years, providing psychological and wellbeing services to clients within the Richmond and Kingston boroughs and surrounding areas. The Centre of You is able to offer immediate access to appropriately qualified counsellors and psychotherapists who can work closely with you to provide an integrated approach to your psychological needs

What We Do?

“There are always going to be moments when a challenge turns into a crisis. The outcome of our lives depends on the choices we make at those moments. We are set up to listen and help.”

We offer psychotherapy and counselling in Richmond for individuals as well as therapy for couples, young people and families. We draw on a range of evidence based therapies, using the clinical approaches of cognitive, integrative, systemic, psychodynamic and CBT practice.
