Tess Keeble UKCP Registered Psychotherapist
33 Hare Hill Road
I offer a place for you to share and know you are not on your own.
I understand sometimes it is difficult to share certain parts of our experiences with friends and family. Having a separate, safe and confidential space can be vital and healing.
I believe in creating a space where you can be heard, seen and known just as you are. A space where you can learn about and accept the many parts of yourself, even the parts that seem to contradict each other or feel unlovable.
I also offer space for you to explore and understand how your past might be effecting your present. Together we can look at unhelpful patterns you may be caught in and how we can support you in discovering new ways of coping and relating.
I believe as you get to know and trust yourself you will be able to grow and change.
