About me

When we feel listened to and are in a safe space, we are more likely to be able to talk about what’s on our mind. Issues can be recent, short-term, long-term ongoing or lifelong. What they all have in common is the ability to put a ‘stop’ on our lives – emotionally, physically, psychologically.

Our sessions are tailored to your needs. The first session is used to assess what you might like to get out of counselling. I work integratively, which means that I draw upon several different approaches and tailor them to your needs.

Whilst I specialise in addiction, many clients are using substances to manage underlying issues. I have supported clients with a wide range of issues including addiction, depression, anxiety, loneliness, sexual abuse, physical abuse, betrayal, sex, bereavement, trauma, PTSD, grief, loss, stress, fear, self-loathing, illness, family dysfunction, jobs, careers, ADHD, violence, relationships, sexuality, hate, love.

I am happy to offer you an initial free half hour consultation to talk about whether I can support you further to bring about the change in your life that you would like for yourself.
