About me
Anxiety is a natural part of life, but when it becomes overwhelming, it can stop you from doing what matters most—perhaps spending time with loved ones, trying new experiences, or simply feeling at ease. In an effort to cope, it's easy to fall into patterns that make anxiety worse, leaving you feeling stuck or isolated. You might build walls to protect yourself from disappointing others or feeling embarrassed, but those same walls can push people away, leaving you more disconnected. My approach is centred on creating a compassionate, safe space where we can explore the thoughts, feelings, and behaviours that are holding you back.
I’m Teo Furnadzhieva, a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (CBT) specializing in helping children, adolescents, and adults overcome mental health challenges. With experience working in NHS, voluntary and private mental health services, I am passionate about helping clients navigate life’s challenges with greater resilience and self-awareness.
Facing these challenges alone can feel isolating, but many people experience anxiety, and CBT is proven to help. If you're ready to work through what's holding you back, I’m here to offer a safe space, where your difficulties can be heard, with practical, evidence-based support. We can build resilience and move toward a more balanced life. Let's talk.
