About me

Hello and welcome to my page, I am experienced Relationship counsellor/Therapist and work with couples or individuals with relationship dificulities. I have many years’ experience as a qualified practitioner. My primary work is with Relate and I also have my own Private Practice. I am a registered member of BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and a member of COSRT (College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists) I attend regular supervision for both Relate and for my own private practice.

I offer a safe and confidential space to talk freely about the difficulties you face, somewhere where your anxieties and troubles can be heard. Together, we can acknowledge and make sense of the problems you are experiencing and explore choices to overcome these difficulties, with positivity and confidence.

The sessions we agree to for ongoing counselling are very much up to you, I work on a short-term basis with my clients that is open ended, so you are in control. There are no set amount of sessions. What’s most important is that you are benefiting from the counselling process no matter how long you attend.

I also offer Psycho Sexual therapy.

I am based in Tadworth, close to Banstead, Epsom and Ewell and Reigate.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs.
