About me

I am a qualified person-centred counsellor, currently delivering therapy online and via telephone. Offering sessions through an online platform will enable you to access sessions with ease in your own comfort. I can provide flexibility around appointments ensuring your needs are heard.

Taking the first step into accessing support is always tough, we all experience difficult times where we recognise support is required and sometimes speaking to family and friends is difficult too, accessing counselling sessions will enable me to step in and listen to those experiences and offer time and therapy in a confidential space.

I am able to offer 1-1 counselling sessions and have a passion incorporating creativity through my work, I have developed experiences working with children, young people and adults.

"The good life is a process not a state of being, it is a direction not a destination" In the same way therapy is a process, an experience I hope I can provide a safe space for you to bring your challenges, explore your anxieties and begin your journey of healing.

My interest in therapy began in early 2016 where I took a further step into the world of counselling and psychotherapy, I have since developed experiences in charitable organisations, psychiatric settings and have recently taken on a role within the NHS providing integrative and creative approaches to help tackle difficulties faced on a daily basis.

I aim to offer a non-judgemental cooperative space where we work together to form a therapeutic relationship in order to tackle the difficulties you are faced with. Your world is unique to you, it is my role to help you identify ways to help make it a better place, alternatively for you to have the capacity to explore and make sense of it.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
