Tara North MBACP (Treefrog Counselling Services)
My name is Tara and I am a fully qualified Person Centred therapist. I work both privately at Treefrog Counselling Services and for Rushden Mind.
I have experience working alongside clients living with a wide range of issues including but not limited to depression, abuse, anxiety, grief, loss, anger and low self-esteem. I passionately believe in Person Centred therapy and have seen what a difference it has made to people’s lives.
The connection we build is key to discovering and accepting yourself. I genuinely care about my clients and provide a calm and friendly atmosphere in a safe place where we can work together without fear of judgement. Your wellbeing is my top priority and I commit to being honest and working hard to develop a trusting and healing relationship.
I am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) As such I am committed to work within their codes of ethics and good practice, this information can be found at www.bacp.co.uk
