Counselling & Consulting Sessions for Adults
Whatever difficulty brought you here – it’s important. Let’s talk about it.
I know that sounds pretty cliché for a psychologist to say but talking about it might help you – a lot.
You might be sad about the past, or anxious about the future; you might be feeling very annoyed by someone, or you might hate your job. Few things are more natural than wanting to talk about your difficulties with someone who can offer you a safe, confidential space.
I run a private practice in London, offering adult counselling and/or consulting sessions, depending on what you would like to achieve during our work together. My approach changes with every client who walks through the door because I believe therapy must be uniquely tailored. I am very passionate about my work and wholly committed to offering you a confidential platform where your difficulties can be freely expressed. It can be hard to pick up the phone sometimes, but if you are ready, I am always happy to have a chat.
A few examples of what my clients have brought to the consulting room:
- "Anxiety about socialising"
- "Blushing phobia"
- "Hate my job but I don't know how to leave"
- "Don't know whether to stay in my relationship"
- "I feel like I am crumbling under life's pressures"
School & University Graduate Sessions
I also offer sessions where I help clients uncover and work towards career goals. Having been in education all their life, I think sometimes the 'real world' can be a tough place for school and university graduates and my sessions allow them a focused space to explore how to navigate the world and cope with what school never taught them! Some common phrases I hear from this group of clients are:
- "I have a degree but I still can't find a job"
- "My degree doesn't seem to mean anything to employers"
- "I chose not to go to university but I regret it"
- "I have no idea what kind of job to go for"
- "I haven't discovered my ultimate passion"
- "People tell me to do something I love so work becomes a hobby - help!!!"
My clinic for Graduate sessions is currently full. Please check here for updates or contact me for waiting list enquiries.
