Tara Economakis, Dip.Adv.Hyp (N-SHAP), MNHPC, UKCP and BUPA registered
My professional practice covers Berkshire, Wiltshire, Hampshire, and is dedicated to helping clients find ways to cope more effectively with the demands of everyday living. For over 15 years I have used counselling, psychotherapy and hypnosis to relieve suffering and distress, and help people make lasting changes in ways that are important to them.
I have had extensive training, and utilise numerous tools to facilitate change.As a result I can be of help in so many areas. I work with:
children (fears, night terrors, bedwetting, school and concentration problems, self-esteem issues)
people with health and procedural problems (fears, phobias, pain);
clients with debilitating habits and behaviours (smoking, gambling, drinking, weight and eating issues);
overstressed and anxious men and women, including those suffering from the extreme symptoms of panic attacks
employees, managers, and even the retired who may be experiencing depression, insomnia, or grief.;
athletes who want to stay at the top of their game
anyone who wishes to eliminate limiting beliefs which are holding them back from their own natural excellence and fulfilling life
Since the moment we were born we have been storing information, experiences, talents, memories, beliefs, values and ways of reacting to situations. We each have inside ourselves all the answers to our questions, and all the solutions to our problems, based on our own life experiences.. Working together I support my clients in their search for these solutions. We can change the way we think about things, look from new perspectives, and thus change the way we experience and feel about them.
My work is brief, effective, and totally client centered. Please see my website www.lastingchanges.co.uk for fuller information
