About me

Offering a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space, I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, tailoring each session to your unique needs and goals. Whether you are managing anxiety, depression, relationship issues or seeking greater self-awareness, my practice offers a deeply compassionate and supportive environment where you can explore your experiences and build resilience.

I work with adults as a fully qualified counsellor, but I will shortly complete my MA training to specialise in psychotherapy for children and adolescents. I can therefore be particularly helpful to parents and those with young people in their care. I also offer short-term reflective parenting sessions designed to help parents navigate challenges, strengthen their connection with their children, and foster more mindful, confident approach to parenting.

Having trained as an Integrative psychotherapist, I work with my clients to find the approach most suited to them, whether this is through dialogue or creative arts therapies. All my work is informed by an understanding of neuroscience, trauma, attachment disorders and neurodiversity.

I work from The White House in Epsom, a well-established therapy space that offers a calm and private setting for in-person sessions. Easily accessible with good transport links and nearby parking, it provides a discreet and comfortable environment for our work together. I also offer online sessions, giving you the flexibility to access support in a way that best suits your needs. Whether in person or online, my aim is to provide a safe, confidential, and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.

I offer a free 20-minute introductory phone call to discuss your needs, expectations, and any questions you may have about the counselling process. This is an opportunity for us to explore how we might work together and ensure that you feel comfortable and supported from the very start. There is no obligation to continue after this call, it’s simply a chance for you to get a sense of my approach and decide whether it feels like the right fit for you.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a fully qualified counsellor registered with the BACP and will shortly complete my MA training to specialise in psychotherapy for children and adolescents.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
