About me

I am a Play and Creative Arts Therapist specialising in working with children and young people aged 4 to 18. My approach is integrated and holistic, focusing on being client centred and addressing each individual's unique needs.

Utilising play and creative arts, I incorporate various materials such as paint, drawing supplies, small figurines, sand trays with symbols, instruments, puppets, and more. These tools create a safe and non-confrontational environment, allowing children and young people to engage in therapy creatively alongside talk therapy.

Play and creative arts therapy can assist with a wide range of issues, including but not limited to anxiety, peer relationship challenges, trauma, neurodiversity, anger management, identity exploration, grief, and family dynamics.

I practice in a setting that is close to nature, harnessing its therapeutic power to support the healing process. Feel free to reach out for a no-obligation introductory call.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have a postgraduate Diploma in Play and Creative Arts Therapy, passing with a distinction from  PTUK registered number- 201902970

Post-qualifying course in Relational Play and creative therapy for young people aged 12-18, completed with the School of Play and creative therapies- currently at trainee level

Attachment Play Practitioner, allowing me to work with parents to look at harnessing the power of play and fostering deeper connections.
